I don’t remember when Dune is set, time-wise. All I see is that the Fremen(?) have studied at the Prometheus School of Running Away from Things… 🙄
I think it’s like 20 000 years into the future – the year is 10 000 something, but that’s years After Guild. Currently we’re at something around 10 000 Before Guild
