I do like the premise of these swap stations, one of the primary complaints that ICE obsessed people use is that the recharge time is 5 times longer than using a gas pump. The swap time is arguably the same as pumping gas and getting a drink/snack at your favorite gas station.

Quick swap batteries are a good placeholder until we find a way to charge 300+ mile range battery packs in 10 minutes without zapping the life out of them
