Since there were no suggestions in the previous thread, I decided to build some basic power and water infrastructure and zone a few houses. I’ll try to add all the suggestions you have as long as the city has enough money to do it

If there are other lakes try to build a nice oasis surrounded with parks and greenery! If no clean water is available, maybe a central park instead?
