I’ve been away from the game for a while, and I don’t remember this icon that appears on some of my exploration data. Can someone explain it?

IIRC that means you’re not far enough away from that system to sell the data.
Confirmed; thank you. Trying to sell one of those brought up a message saying I have to be 20 light years away from the system to sell its data.
