Very nice! Now that you have the space, you’ll fill it faster than you might imagine lol. I just converted my old tower into an unRAID server a few months ago. i7-8700 with a gtx1080 and 16gb of RAM. Great learning experience. I just added in a 20TB drive for parity, freeing up my old parity drive. I’m now up to 60TB total space with 32TB used.
I built the server in 2020 or maybe it was 2021. Thankfully/Sadly work keeps me busy enough I don’t have too much free time for filling it these days.

I got myself a license back in (checks mail) 2010, and have been slowly been adding and replacing disks over time. I love that it can double as a VM- and docker server as well.
Nice. I got mine back in 2010 but didn’t actually use it and it sat until just a few years ago. It was nice to be to update straight to the latest version with min. hassle.

Content is very mixed. Also me and a friend have a 2tb backup thing where we both have 2tb of storage on each others NAS to have an actual backup of the important stuff.
Backups, porn, random downloaded crap. I’m kind of a file pack rat. Always have been.
But really 4k and high res VR Porn does take a lot of fucking space as well.
