    Seems like this is happening all across the planet, not coincidentally as another world war is looming. A bit of encouragement to boost recruitment numbers. The 5 year time table changed to 3 last time I checked and that was months ago. Who knows what they actually think the timeline is. Seems to be accelerating only.
