I love ixalan generally and I still hope it will become a good set. Dinosaurs and pirates and sailors? Hell yeah.
But there is so much going on already. Multiple set names, shitty Universes Beyond that only deserve the bin in my opinion, then multiple alt frames as well as some multicolored neon staff. Then the normal cards that are spoilered are adventures and dfcs.
Uff, just give me normal cards please and I will buy this product. Put people with baseball caps in it and 20 alt frames and I will pass/ only buy a few singles.

Well we’ve seen Huatli’s card, and the art indicates that we’ll get a Saheeli one as well. Huatli confirmed desparked but from the fact that Saheeli’s art is landscape she is probably desparked now too?
Since Quintorious is a new Planeswalker, I’m guessing he’ll be our walker for this set, would be a shame if he sparked during MOM and then immediately lost it.
Those full-art basics are really striking, maybe my favorites yet.
Too bad about the UB crap. I love the flavor of Ixalan, I love Jurassic Park, but this UB shit just sucks.
