Given the likely greater use of IP as a distribution technology for free TV services, we wish to establish a framework for a Next Generation Platform (NGP) that would be agnostic between distribution technologies. This consultation invites views on our proposed Policy for ‘Logical Channel Numbers’ (LCNs) for such a platform.
