Merch will wear out but brain damage is forever.
I couldn’t afford back then but I had time. Now I can afford but no time to go to concerts.
Life in a nutshell
I’ll support my kids (once they get old enough) to be able to get both drink AND merch. As long as it’s not a metalcore concert or something.
Father of the year right here
Neither. If you’re poor and buying needless crap then it’s a bit of a self perpetuating cycle.
100%, but it’s just a funny meme.
Shhhh he won’t find that out until way later when it’s too late.
Never in my life will I pay over $10 for a Coors.
Go to a concert and you have to be rich to buy both. Those prices are sky high, just like the audience!
Merch. Supports the band (and sadly usually also the venue, but definitely the band)
Bring a flask, take pictures of the merch, and get your own similar stuff fabricated at 1/4th the cost later. Fuck the system.
Ultimately though, I don’t go to concerts because Ticket Master.
Look at this guy that can afford a flask, alcohol to put in it, a phone to take pictures with, and the ability to pay 1/4th the cost for an item of interest instead of need. We get it, you have enough free time to go to a concert and can afford the tickets, but don’t do it because “fuck the system.” You’re fucking the system so hard, bro.
Thanks from all of us for having all the answers while simultaneously fighting the power.
Lol, thanks for that
