    Cool setup. I have the same frame. It only sold as a complete build to me, but I changed almost everything. I might post later

      Same here. When I bought it, it was still available as frameset, but I made the mistake of buying it complete.
      The components were…not great for that price point.
      After a couple test rides I replaced tires, cog, chainring, chain, pedals, seatpost, saddle, stem, handlebars and brake levers.

        This is the way.

        Mine has become quite an expensive build, likely totalling around 1500€ with all the changes. But I enjoy riding it plenty.
