One such powerful individual that Epstein forced then-minor Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with was former Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, a close friend of Epstein’s and well-known criminal defense attorney. Epstein required Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with Dershowitz on numerous occasions while she was a minor, not only in Florida but also on private planes, in New York, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In addition to being a participant in the abuse of Jane Doe #3 and other minors, Deshowitz was an eye-witness to the sexual abuse of many other minors by Epstein and several of Epstein’s co-conspirators. Dershowitz would later play a significant role in negotiating the NPA on Epstein’s behalf. Indeed, Dershowitz helped negotiate an agreement that provided immunity from federal prosecution in the Southern District of Florida not only to Epstein, but also to “any potential coconspirators of Epstein.” NPA at 5. Thus, Dershowitz helped negotiate an agreement with a provision that provided protection for himself against criminal prosecution in Florida for sexually abusing Jane Doe #3. Because this broad immunity would have been controversial if disclosed, Dershowitz (along with other members of Epstein’s defense team) and the Government tried to keep the immunity provision secret from all of Epstein’s victims and the general public, even though such secrecy violated the Crime Victims’ Rights Act.

    Reminds me of an article from Middle East Eye from a couple of days ago which said that Netanyahu wants Dershowitz to represent Israel at The Hague next week to deal with South Africa’s allegations that Israel is committing genocide. I couldn’t think of two men more better suited to each other.

    Not being rude but this is not new, he’s been on the Epstein flight logs for a WHILE now, I’m more excited to hear new names. Apparently Chris Tucker was on the flights, but not the dude from Soul Plane, I was so confused when I first saw it, apparently it’s some old white finance dude but for a second I thought it was the Rush Hour star

    He was on Fox News ranting and raving and asking “but did the radical feminists that are mad at him condemn Hamas?” I wonder if that will be his defense of isntrael at the ICJ, funny thing is, it likely will be.

    Also, it doesn’t take a radical feminist to be disgusted at that, that’s universally frowned upon.

    I had to read up on NPA because I didn’t know what that meant…apparently it means Non-Prosecution-Agreement, it’s a legal move that the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) frequently uses when someone is going to be arrested. If that isn’t proof that bourgeois legal systems created by the bourgeoisie benefit them personally, I don’t know what is.

    We all agree the victims have been through something terrible but have you considered that Virginia Roberts is really annoying and thinks I’m a fed? I’m working on important shit here man. I’ve got a board game and a podcast miniseries on how celebrities send their kids to bad rehabs coming out.

      It hasn’t happened because there are powerful interests behind the scenes keeping a lot of this under wraps.

      Same reason JP Morgan has never been held accountable for their role in crime, and not just the Epstein SA ring.
