Redditors of Reddit, sex, am I right?

Believe it or not, despite all the furry porn in the all feed. Lemmy isn’t horny enough for posts like this OP

4some is better, you can go for longer because brakes are possible.

Also never have a 3some with straight people. They have expectations that will never hold up to reality.

Yeah, got talked into it by an ex. Wasn’t even really about the awkwardness a lot of people talk about.

For me, it was initially hot but I ended up with a deep, hollow feeling. You have the same lack of intimacy with the third that makes one night stands unfulfilling, combined with this sort of violation of the intimacy you had with your partner. I actually felt a bit sick afterwards.

If it’s your thing have at it, there are plenty of different relationship styles and kinks that’d make it much more appealing, but personally I would never consider it again.

    • I think it needs practice. Live, your first time 1-on-1 probably was a little awkward and not as good as after you had some experience, threesomes probably get better with experience.

I’ve only had one, and it wasn’t that great, but looking back I can see how see how awkward we all were. If we’d done it a few more times, or if one of us had been able to guide activities better, I’m pretty sure it would have been more fun for everyone.

Hey if you don’t mind me asking do you have any tips on meeting someone new?

Take up a hobby that requires you to be at another location with other people, whether that’s writing in a coffee shop, reading at the library, playing board games at a board game cafe, etc. It seems blatantly obvious as a sentence, but to meet new people you need to meet new people! On top of this, we tend to naturally form bonds with people we routinely spend time with, as long as they’re not awful, so having a reason to be routinely at the same locations as other people makes it that much more likely you’ll form bonds.

Good luck, Internet Person, and don’t forget to let who you are shine through!

Definitely a woman, seeing as both my current FwB and me are mostly into women. 😅 (That’d be FFM, for clarification)

Clarifying a cryptic abbreviation with another cryptic abbreviation doesn’t really help matters I’m afraid.
