I haven’t left my state, so personally I haven’t experienced this, but I am curious to know if other Americans have? I’m sure extreme examples like going from the North to the South are quite different. I’ve seen my fair share of confederate flags here in the Midwest, but I can’t quite image seeing them on every other porch lol

I have lived in 8 different states from the West coast to the east coast, down south, and in the Midwest. There are so many different cultures in the USA it’s crazy, The differences in languages is crazy also, it’s all mostly English but it changes so much.

I grew up in Illinois, moved to Oregon for several years, and then Missouri. I can say for sure that Oregon is more “loosey goosey” than the Midwest! I enjoyed the freedom the people out there have in the Willamette Valley, although I know my parents and grandparents would panic at the sight of so many “freaks”!
