…I sadly didn’t know about the series until the new ones in 2012. I’ve played the hell out of them and do want to go back and play the DOS ones sometime.
It makes you go blind.
He must transform for 2nd phase

I assumed it was a folding chair, like in wrestling.
Haha, I did. I still posted a few, but I was out of town with family for days and was barely on my phone.
Many campuses are like small, sprawling towns, with various buildings dedicated to different departments, dormitories, or common areas like libraries/cafes/etc. It’s like a self-contained ecosystem where you can just live there as a student and have everything you need.

Dating too. You’ll never have a group of so many single people the same age as you again, and college selects for people with similar life experiences and goals.
If there was one piece of advice I could give to young adults in school, it would be to not be afraid to start thinking long-term. There are lots of adults who graduate and get stuck in the work/home/sleep cycle for years, then wish they had prioritized this before it got more difficult.
I dropped it in c/humor because the bit the guy is doing made me laugh, but either it didn’t land with everyone or the bit is too subtle, because it’s getting lots of downvotes. Oh well.
Bonus:

I think it’s the Mandalorian
Here ya go. They were right next to each other in my “memes for Lemmy” folder, so I accidentally posted this one in two places before I caught it.
Now in color!
Amazing. Some of my favorite experiences in the new ones have also been creative problem-solving, like rocketing open a hole in a wall to allow my snipers to see through, or trying to carry my injured/dead soldiers with the good loot to extraction when I have to cut my losses and run.
Sounds like I should just go ahead and play the old ones too. I started one up earlier this year, but it wasn’t clear what all the buttons did, and I didn’t have the focus to figure it out. I need to look up the manual or watch a video or something.
