Just looked it up and apparently enemy mobs have been able to climb ladders for over 10 years, but their AI pathing doesn’t try to go up ladders so its uncommon.

Story: It was my very first night playing MC towards the tail end of Alpha. I dug a small hole into the side of a mountain to shelter for the night, but left a 2 block wide window for me to look out.

I was watching all the mobs spawn across the surface feeling a bit nervous, until I watch as a spider (first time seeing one) slowly rise up to meet my eyes in the window. Because the window was 2 blocks wide, it crawled into my hole killing me.

It’s my most vivid early MC memory that’s stuck with me. So to me, the spiderbro is best bro.

Single player tarkov, the mod that the RPS article is talking about

I tried SPT a few months ago (with additional mods) and it was enjoyable especially if you like tarkov. There’s a mod which makes the maps connected, where different extractions lead to other maps. There’s lots of things you can do to make the singleplayer experience better.

Although I’ve ended up playing the GAMMA modpack for STALKER Anomaly instead. It has what I look for in tarkov, and then some.

I personally wouldn’t purchase modified devices or “TV boxes”. Its simple enough to set it up yourself; buy a firestick, install Tivimate (an IPTV client), and optionally a VPN client. You’ll need to find an IPTV provider which are usually subscriptions.

Same for me, automatic connection doesn’t work.

Saves me from having to go into desktop mode, connect, then back. I’m never sure if it the connection stays alive.

This dude writes 50 comments a day on multiple accounts. From what I’ve seen they are completely filled with hatred and spitefulness and their personal conviction is more important than deliberation or compassion. It must be exhausting.

I wouldn’t say it’s never happened to me but 99% of the time it works. I just look at the idents, face it right way up, and shove it in. Unless I’m drunk or it’s dark, I’ve never been able to relate.
