    Calorie counting and eating enough protein.

    I lost a load of weight once (4 stone) and I would say those were the main things that helped, but still very difficult.

    I had some dumbass neighbor who was a “life coach” and he told me to stop counting calories. He also wore those weird “shoe gloves” with individual toes and his wife left him. Not one to take advice from imo.
