Apparently he didn’t learn the first time and went back for more
a man in his twenties broke through the Jet d’eau’s security barrier and put his head on the nozzle. He was then thrown violently backwards.
After coming to his senses, the young man tried to hang on to the jet. A gesture which earned him to be propelled several meters high before falling on the slab.

Sounds like he was on drugs/having a psychotic break tbh
Or a concussion/disorientation after the first time.
Or a very weird choice of attempted suicide.
Ah, I read that as part of the same incident. I see now what was meant by twice - not really a repeat offender.
