In American society they can say what they want and deal with the consequence of saying it. Their governments haven’t stopped them from saying anything.

Google isn’t the arbiter of truth, they have been informed by the opinions of experts in the fields of medicine and disinformation. Google would love to keep such high traffic content on their platforms - more eyes, more data, more ads, more money.
