From what I can search though, Firefox Focus on iOS has adblocker built in: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/firefox-focus-privacy-browser/id1055677337. Not sure if the built-in adblocker is UBO though. Unfortunately, I’m only an occasional Apple user, so this is the extent of my knowledge. Hope this helps.
