The famous Red Kite feeding station has attracted up to three strikingly pale individuals recently.

Three different leucistic Red Kites have been seen at Gigrin Farm, Radnorshire, where a raptor feeding station is a popular attraction.

Leucism is a condition of reduced pigmentation resulting in unusually pale plumage in birds. The bare parts and the eyes are unaffected, unlike in albinism where these areas appear pale pink.
