I have Allergies like all the time. I feel so tired and groggy. I get sleepy and irritable and have no energy. Out of breath

i have bad allergic reactions to ostrich eggs and breast milk.
You don’t go near them do you?
ostrich breast milk is delicious, i just avoid the eggs.
When the allergy meds don’t work I get extremely cranky.
I know it sucks
I am definitely not happy when suffering, so I would say yes.
