Former Brightonian here. My family still live in the area but I moved to the USA for work. I don’t get the chance to come back as much as I would like, unfortunately. I used to work in Trafalgar Place, next to the train station, and lived in Shoreham, where I still have a house.
Welcome! I moved here from Worthing so Shoreham feels like the neighbour I don’t know very well. I’ll have to make a point of exploring the place when I get a bit more settled.
If I worked in Trafalgar Place I don’t think I’d be able to resist visiting the Open Market at lunchtime!
What do you miss about the south coast the most, now that you’ve moved to the USA? And don’t say the seagulls!
