I don’t really get Riker’s reputation as a fuckboy. This is one of the few times he was overtly sexual in the series that I can remember, and he’s being coerced into it.
After the writers made him and Deanna break up, they showed him plenty of times getting into situations.
Even when it was inappropriate, like on the bridge as a superior officer to a subordinate.
I really spaghettified in her wormhole, if you know what I mean.
Really laid out my string theory in her black hole, if you know what I mean.
The Defiant is cloaked and on approach from a wide vector, if you know what I mean.
I targeted her with a full spread of photon torpedoes, if you know what I mean.
