Hi! You may not be aware of this but Lemmy doesn’t downscale images for you, you have to do it yourself. Right now, everyone who visits this community is downloading a 3.5MB 4K photo. This goes for photos you post, too, so mobile users with limited data might not be particularly happy with you.
