    Just realised that we should arguably be rooting for City to win the FA cup so that we have more chances for silverware next season. I feel dirty.

    Tbh I probably won’t watch it, hate both teams lol

    Tavares is coming back, Forest hasn’t bought him. It’s amazing how much he’s failed to develop after we signed him. So much raw talent, zero development.

      I wish we could sell him on, but I can’t see anyone buying him. We are stuck with him until either his contract expires or we buy him out of it.

      Like you say, he has a ton of raw talent. But he seems to have a turnip for a brain. That’s why he has failed to develop as a player.

        I still think someone needs to bite the bullet and turn him into a winger. Otherwise he’ll be lucky if he ends up in the Championship I think. Which is sad, I like him a lot. But that’s three seasons without nearly any development now.

    Putting aside the questions about whether Arsenal Women should be playing in Melbourne on Friday, seeing as they are here, I have my ticket and am looking forward to it.

    The funny thing is that NUFC are playing A-League Men as the curtain raiser. It’s going to be a weird atmosphere I think because I imagine most/all Newcastle fans will leave…I’m not getting there early that’s for sure.
