[edit] reminds me of a time when I was younger. I was trying to get some help to get something in one of the locked cabinets, and after 30 minutes, was still getting zero help.
So then I had an epiphany: I started skulking and looking around furtively. Ten seconds later this big guy showed up and asked me if he could help me. I gave him a big smile and said “It’s about time! Could you please unlock the cabinet with those keys of yours and take that expensive and heavy item to the front so I can purchase it?”
