So, it’s an outsourcing problem?
Seems like it! I will never understand why school districts try to cheap out on bus drivers and teacher pay. Personally i will pay the high taxes if it means the people taking care of my kids a majority of the day are fat and happy. You get what you pay for.
Because they want to destroy public education. Their ideal future is one in which only the rich are educated in private schools while the poor are forced into the workforce as soon as they’re physically able. Dumb voters are easier to manipulate.
Don’t forget that private schools are easier to racially segregate as well.
