Real…It’s like doubly depressing when I think back how much sharper it used to be.
When you get out and start talking to people and doing things again, you’ll shake off the rust. I’ve gone through multiple periods of cognitive decline and recovery because of depression.
I know you mean well but that’s why we do those things already. But yeah it’s always sound advice to have a hobby to connect with others.
