Twelve New Yorkers are expected to deliver their verdict shortly in the case against Donald J. Trump. He is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection with a payment to a porn star.

There may be a component that felons have to have finished their sentence which could exclude Trump.

      And Florida defers to the state where the conviction occurred. So Florida says he can vote in Florida if he can vote in NY.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.
