It says a loose adaptation of of the First entry of the series, so that may not be a good sign, but who knows. However I’m of course hoping for Majima Everywhere to be in every episode, which would sell it for me. 
Hopefully it isn’t as loose of an adaption as the 2007 movie ended up being.
