Good luck. I’ve seen vegan butchers come and go even in huge cities like Berlin, but they never last. The truth is that a decrease in meat consumption has not been accompanied with an equal increase in vegan meats, and most people prefer so have packaged stuff than something that will point within days.

Mr personally would love to have a place to buy tofu without packaging, but rarely buy fake meats.

So they just sell beans and wheat flour in bulk?
