      Sigh, My green bin on my drive hasn’t been emptied many times because some twit walking back from the local shop has deposited their rubbish in it.

      Wonder how long until they start charging people for wrong items in wrong bins, I know it happens In other areas.

      I guess spending more on locks wasn’t appealing when they can fine you and make money.

        Perhaps that twit will now choose the correct bin to deposit their rubbish? Seriously though, I do empathise, it must be really annoying.
