Stop decontextualizing what she wrote. This was all caused by a toxic work environment that enabled sexual harassment. 4 people now do the job she had. She took a job in Canada as a US citizen. Being a US citizen she was most definitely not taught the labor protections she has much less the protections she might have under Canadian law. Again, please stop decontextualizing.

Ah yes buzzwords. I’m reading it as someone who barely has the context of their own duties and seems mentally unwell overall. Until there’s legitimate proof and data that can corroborate her story, it’s nothing more than hearsay and anecdotal. The only thing that can be attested to is the employees themselves as a group admitting they felt rushed and overburdened with their workload. Beyond that… gonna need more to go off chief. Simple as.

Last I checked, the burden of proof is on the accuser in any legal issue, and unless she is willing and has the ability to prove tangible beyond reasonable doubt that her claims are evident, it is again nothing special.

And no, typing out a 40 paragraph essay as to what she FELT was wrong and FELT slighted by is not proof. There’s a reason they’re called ALLEGATIONS and ALLEGEDLY.

You sound like an HR nightmare. How many times have you been accused of harassment, chief?

Braindead take. “You ask for more proof in claims, so surely you must be an offender”. It’s like all logic in your arguments are removed and replaced with the need to find moral superiority where it doesn’t exist. One employee’s ALLEGED experience does not make a conviction.

I’m pretty sure her cutting herself during her employment at LMG left a trace in the system. I’m pretty sure LMG deciding out of the blue to “voluntarily” begin an external audit about sexual misconduct isn’t out of her “essay” of absolutely unsubstantiated “allegations”. If the company knew for certain they had not wronged her, they would be preparing a defamation case, not trying to uncover what ammunition she exactly has against them.

This is literally standard affairs for any corporation, especially one now headed by a CEO that is unlikely to be even aware of this supposed environment, being that he wasn’t even there. You don’t just jump to defamation out of the blue without substantial proof you are correct, nor should you make these claims without the proof either, as she’s doing. You freaks just want a witch hunt because GN set up LMG and Linus as a bad guy too perfectly with these claims coinciding.
