I don’t think she could ever get enough attention at home since she decided to have four kids. This woman needs all the attention, all the time and probably never should have had children. She likes the spotlight turned on her constantly and is like the small child who allows wants a parent to watch them and marvel at their accomplishment. Most adults grow out of needing constant praise from others but not Sarah. She’s a “look at me” kinda gal.
Her needs are a deep void that will never be filled due to her insecurities and her definition of success and acceptance. It wouldn’t matter how much attention she is or isn’t getting. She’s an adult and is responsible for getting her needs met. If she is incapable, then it’s Shane’s responsibility or another adult in their life to intervene, if not on her behalf, then for the underage kids.
