Technically, it starts early to mid September, but eh. Anyone else getting hyped all over again?

My thinking is: Labor Day is traditionally the last day of Summer (in the US anyway). That means the day after is the start of Autumn. Therefore spooky season starts the day after Labor Day, so September 3rd this year.

But yes, I am hyped for it!

It’s easily my most cherished time of year. The transition from blazing sunshine to rainy, cooler weather along with the color changes, the leaves on the ground and decorations everywhere…man, nothing beats it. What is it about fall and spooky season? Plus, it kicks off something I call holiday row. Halloween then Thanksgiving and FINALLY Christmas back to back. I love Christmas tbh. I love both halloween and christmas equally. I can’t stop counting down man

if you start celebrating a holiday two months before the holiday, thats 2:12 months, or 1:6 months. This makes the holiday less unique than Wednesdays.

The beginning of October gives you an entire month of Halloween themed stuff.
