Councillors had rejected the giant advertising screen next to Cabot Circus but it was allowed following an appeal

I find the ones on the M32 and St Philips way too bright at night. This one will be just as terrible when you come round that corner. It’s as if the advertisers look at sci-fi films and see them as aspirational rather than the dystopia they are.
