Yeah, they already kind of last forever if you take care of them. No need to pay any more money. I used a logitech mx1000 for about 10 years, it didn’t fully die, but it was getting there. That was through my world of warcraft years. Since then I’ve been on a logitech g500s, also about 10 years now. I still only have to clean it about once every 2 years when it starts double clicking or not holding a click randomly. Turns out without world of warcraft they last even longer. To “clean” it, I just mash the buttons for about 10 seconds then shake the mouse upside down. Do that a couple times, then wipe up what fell out. Good as new for another 2 years or so.
