How are the trains and busses today now that 50c fares have kicked in?

Sounded like a cat was shrieking at my front door at 3.30AM this morning. Not sure if it was having a fight with something or what, but I go to open my front door to check, and I could not see anything.
Might be the first step to my house being haunted.
Cat cage + pound. Repeat as required until roaming cat is no longer roaming.
Sick of dead wildlife thanks to free range cats.
Do you know of the LCC can help in that regard? I looked it up on their site and could only find a phone number at the bottom of this page. Not sure calling them at 3AM (when I do see wandering cats) would help, as I don’t think anyone would answer the phone at that time.
I’d just buy my own - you can get them off eBay for about $20
This where you can now setup a bunch of fixed cameras, and after you are sent insane or worse, make it into a movie?? Think of the profits!
