Two strikingly plumaged juvenile Western Marsh Harriers have been seen in Oxfordshire in recent weeks. The birds have been observed regularly at Otmoor RSPB throughout July and stand out due to their wings, back, belly and tail feathers being heavily marked with white. According to observers, one of the harriers is larger than the other, suggesting that they are different sexes. Furthermore, an adult male with 'white' plumage is said to be on the reserve.
