Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) hold a news conference on Russian tactical nuclear threats.
I think they are right: Putin wants to blow up the Zaporizhia NPP, or he wants to use a tactical nuclear device in Ukraine. And I believe their approach is the best way to prevent this from happening. What do you guys think?
What’s their approach?
They want to make it clear to Russia that using a nuclear device in Ukraine means war with NATO. For that purpose they want to pass a resolution in the US Senate.
