Star Wars is best when it’s basically a generic template to put a story into: Mandalorian season 1 is just a generic gunslinger western with a Star Wars framework, Andor is a generic space heist film, etc
His obsession with the Jedi being the ultimate good and his OC that he definitely has been writing fanfic about long before he became a showrunner is just fucking awful. The only good moment in Ahsoka’s character story was her leaving the Jedi order after they fucked her over - everything else sucks
