Toledo’s deputy mayor told the 13 Action News I-TEAM earlier this week that the decision to mow it all, and mow it often, came because of the complaints about the native look – as some found it unsightly.
I don’t know about weird, it often feels like the systems exist to serve these people and only these people. I’d do this if it were like that for me.
The crucial difference here isn’t “Why do people use a system designed to accomodate them” it’s “Why is the system designed to accomodate these people”?
