I understand that they know as well as anyone that the national stage Is to get people involved, but I think if they could get on city councils and start making things better for the people actually living there, they’d gain a lot of traction.

I wouldn’t say never plans to run local candidates, but it would need to present a unique opportunity. We ran for an LA city council seat recently.
