      There’s also an ancient chud meme that still goes around that panhandling is more profitable than most jobs.

      To be fair this one does seem like a goal for capitalists.

      The thing that shuts them up (at least in my experience) is to tell them to just quit their job and become homeless right now if it is so lucrative, they hem and haw about it and make a million excuses, but oddly never agree to do it, despite it apparently being a quick, easy path to success.
