    There needs to be healthcare/health insurance standards, similar to Air Passenger Regulations.

    If you pay for an insurance, the insurance has to be able to arrange appropriate care within 7 days after a request is submitted. If not then the insurer is liable for all costs no matter which doctor the patient visits. That will get these companies’ asses in gear.
