Haven’t had much action lately, and I find myself spending more time on the guy/hook-up apps. Guys are way more forward on giving compliments and swapping dirty pics, and it’s giving me a huge confidence boost.

I don’t do it explicitly for this reason, but the attention and compliments from men is definitely a nice respite from the absolute fucking headache that it is to date women.

So long as you’re being up-front about it with everyone and you’re all on the same page, I don’t see a problem with it.

If you’re not even open to dating or hooking up then I’d say it’s parasitic to entertain guys just to lavish in their advances - at least by default.
There are definitely guys who would be okay with nothing more than a really enjoyable flirtatious relationship but everyone should be clear that that’s what it is. Sadly, once everyone’s clear on that, all the fun may be taken out of it. Depends on the individuals.
