The UN peacekeeping force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has said that an Israeli army bulldozer demolished an observation tower and the perimeter fence of a UN position earlier on Sunday in Marwahin, in the southern part of the country.
I worked with a guy who was a UN ambassador. they get shot at all-the-time, but they can’t shoot back unless they feel their life is truly in danger. we’re talking pinned down with little to no cover and zero backup from local administration.
“do the best you can without making the situation worse.” and that always means, don’t kill people.
UN forces are certified bad asses, so when you claim they’re corrupted trigger happy psychopaths, I’ll call bullshit and point out they likely were sent into dangerous situations with little to no support where you(yes you) would have little to no hope of getting out alive without making the situation even worse.

You seem to have lots of faith in them, I don’t particularly, though I haven’t worked with anyone who’s been getting paid to work with them either.
