Apart from those already mentioned, I am thinking of Minetest, Hedgewars or The Dark Mod. On the retrogaming side, there is also OpenTTD. They’re not really open source games because you need the original game data, but I’ve spent quite a bit of time on OpenRCT2, and regularly run ScummVM.
