Millions? 45,000 yearly deaths in the US are linked to lack of health care in it’s entirety, I find it hard to believe the number of deaths from claim denials is millions. Don’t get me wrong, the guy has a lot of blood on his hands and is responsible for an incomprehensible amount of suffering and can go burn in hell, but let’s not get tooooo crazy here.
Part of this memes joke is taking the casual inexpensive wear and finding the most absurd luxury branded versions to substitute those items - mimicking how some tabloid magazines “document” the dress of some rich celebrities who wear expensive outfits
