Any food benefits being cooked to about a “rare” state (that includes veggies as well) and seasoned well with salt and MSG. Except for chicken, which should be cooked well done. Unless you grew it yourself and ensured that it didn’t eat poop. Which is possible, but very labour intensive and usually not worth it.
